Grand Central Bakery has a new head baker, Sean Coyne – straight from New York City where he worked for Thomas Keller’s amazing restaurants including Per Se, Bouchon Bakery and the French Laundry. That is a pretty darn impressive resume, I must say.
It’s so cool to hear about all of these great chefs moving to Portland! Way to go City of Roses! Let the awesome food movement continue!! 🙂
