Feast! Feast! Feast! It’s almost here! Just two weeks to go.
Ok, I know, I talk about this a lot. And I’m glad you’re still here to listen. Because Feast is that amazing.
The four-day food and drink fest is probably my favorite week of the year, and for good reason. With the best chefs from Portland and around the globe, incredible events to keep you beyond full all weekend, and a wonderfully fun atmosphere to laugh, photobooth and celebrate with friends, it is such a good time.
Hopefully you have been paying attention to my blabbering about it because a lot of their events are sadly already sold out. So fingers crossed you’ve already got your tickets. This year, I am super excited to be attending my favorite Night Market that is getting a Latin American makeover this year, Smoked which got rave reviews as the new event last year, Grand Bounty to try all the Oregon goodies, and the ever-amazing Brunch Village.
I’m also hoping to pop into a couple of the educational events this time around, like the Drink Tank panel Meet the Press to learn all about cider making or the Inside the Bon Appétit Test Kitchen class where the food mag’s editors offer guests a glimpse into the recipe process (lots of cooking—and tasting!) – um, amazing!
My Top 10 posts from last year are sure to get you excited:
Need more? Here are a few of my favorite bloggers sharing their love of Feast:
Greg of Nomnerd who despite being from Seattle is always hitting up the best places in Portland never misses a Feast opportunity!
Meredith of Martha Chartreuse sharing tips on how to prep and succeed at Feast.
Pechluck has got how to score some tickets to the few Feast events that aren’t sold out.
Hope to see you there!
