I’m all about convenience – Order groceries online? Check, I definitely do that.  Make dinner reservations via OpenTable rather than over the phone? Yup, do that too.  But purchase a cupcake from a vending machine rather than from a real person?  That seems like it is going a bit too far…

Well, not for the well-known Sprinkles Cupcakes!  Already set up in LA and coming this summer to NYC, the cupcakery is now selling cupcakes via machines that look a lot like ATMs.  Called “cupcake automats,” they are filled daily with a few hundred freshly made cupcakes, with tons of varying flavors like Chocolate Marshmallow, Ginger Lemon and Chai Latte.  Continue Reading...

Some Pie God out there (or someone at Safeway) must know I really love desserts, in particular pies. 

We tried out the Safeway grocery home delivery and look what was sent to us without us ordering it:

During Trivia Night at Brix Tavern the other night, we were asked to draw a picture best describing our “Bucket List for 2012.” (Yes, a small group of friends and I play trivia now every Sunday night and it gets a tad competitive. I seriously had a dream last Sunday about the fact that I got a question about Disney Princesses incorrect, it was that bothersome).  Anyways, it got me thinking about my Bakery Bingo Bucket List for this new year.  As you can tell, I’m making some upgrades my website which is fun and challenging for someone who is not very computer savvy like myself.  But hopefully it will look great soon!
