Got any resolutions on the calendar for 2016? I can’t say I’m into the resolution thing as much as “goals for the new year” which include climbing South Sister and less time addicted to my iPhone. As for the whole “time to diet” bandwagon, I can say I’ve half jumped on board. I’m not one for fad diets, but I do need a restart after so many holiday parties and cookies. So I have the goal of no booze and sweets until Orlando on 1/23. Eeks, is that a terrible idea?! Probably… (Despite that, I’m in total support of this great article on eating “healthy-ish”!)
Oh man oh man. Feast. That was another amazing year filled with insane amounts of food and drinks. I am now on detox. Sleep, hydration, exercise and healthy food. That’s the agenda this week. A massive recap will be coming next week!
Today I want to share with you an awesome blind wine tasting I coordinated to celebrate my good friend Rachel’s 30th birthday. I had thought it would be fun to cover up the label, not know how much the wine cost and just see what was the favorite based on taste and taste alone.
Yippee! Best week ever! Feast is here! I apologize in advance for ridiculous #FeastPDX posts taking over your Instagram feed.
Meredith and I are sharing our best tips on how to survive the week of eating and drinking for #ThursdayToursPDX. Whether you are attending just one event, or nearly all of them like me, you’ll like having these suggestions in your back pocket. Hope to see your smiling faces at the events!
